-
And this is a wee
story about him...
This is Gordy
-
Gordy loved...
-
But something
changed...
Gordy felt a bit different...
-
His breathing felt funny...
His heart was pounding...
His tummy was upset...
And sometimes his head hurt...
-
Gordy felt sad and
mixed up. He also found
he was not enjoying the
things he used to...
-
He did not enjoy playing
football anymore
He did not have
the energy...
-
The sums made no sense
He could not concentrate...
-
He didn't want to play
with his friends
He just wanted to
be by himself...
-
Something was
He did not know what
worrying Gordy.
'IT' was but 'IT' was
something...
-
Gordy thought about
who he could talk to
about it...
-
It was hard to find
the words, but Gordy
did his best to talk
about his worry....
-
It worked. They
understood what
'IT' was...
Gordy found out 'IT'
worried other people too
-
Because gordy talked
about 'IT' other people
helped 'IT' go away...
Talking is important
-
You have the right to
feel safe.
Adults will help with
this if you talk to them.
-
Lots of boys and girls have
things they worry about. Do you
worry about any of these?
